What are the cancellation and refund policies?
- All cancellations must be received in writing
- Fax your cancellation notice to 1.801.617.0355
- For a full refund, your cancellation must be received by 5pm PST on Friday, April 11, 2008
- Cancellations received between April 12, 2008 and 5pm PST on May 9, 2008 will receive a 50% refund
- No refunds will be given on or after May 10, 2008
Substitutions - $100.00 change fee
- Substitutions must be sent in writing to the Symantec Registration Office at support@symantecvision2008.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant
- Substitutions will be accepted until 5pm PST on Friday, May 30, 2008
Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations must be made when you register for your conference pass for Vision 2008. Cancellation of a hotel reservation is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant. If you need to change or cancel your hotel reservation, contact the Symantec Housing Team at visionhousing@registration.eeginc.com or 1.800.719.3324. For international attendees, call 1.415.446.7741. Housing is open from 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. PST.
Registration Confirmation / Conference Badge
Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email at the time of registration. If you do not receive one, please contact the registration company at support@symantecvision2008.com. Hotel confirmations will be emailed approximately two weeks after you book your online hotel reservation. Badges will not be mailed out pre event. Please plan to pick up your badge at the registration desk at the Venetian Hotel starting on Sunday, June 8, 2008.
